Technical Specialist - Steel Structural (Tekla)

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (FAQs), how to guides and videos and promotes documentation/videos,
Provide technical product support and training for customers and prospects in software usage and broader implementation into the design workflows,
Assisting Sales team on technical consult and presentations to prospects,
Prepare specialized Tekla training programs/courses/documents (webinar, videos, etc.) and conduct the presentation to customers/external parties,
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvement
Collaborate and exchange knowledge and expertise with the Tekla development department at GSI Group,

Bachelor/ Master&039;s degree Civil/ Structure Engineering, or related field.
Being enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to travel nationally to visit potential/existing customers.
Experience in other drafting / BIM software is a plus.
At least 2 years experience in Tekla Software
Excellent communication skill
Ability to define, organize and prioritize tasks independently.
Having experience on BIM and its standards
Structured working manner, good analytical skills, and attention to detail
Good English: speaking, reading.
Strong problem- solving skills
A customer- centric attitude
At least 3 years experience in civil or structural engineering design on local projects
