Technical Staff In Banking Card Payment Solution

Must demonstrate a high level of understanding of our products, services and communicate effectively with customers.
Be available to travel in Vietnam or abroad.
Work closely with our sales team, channel partners and customers to support pre- sales and post- sales activities including client / customer visits, solution identification, solution design, production demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) exercises and certain banking products deployment.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Company’s solution offerings and train sales team and channel partners as well.
Keep up to date with recent technical advances and apply industry knowledge to Banking payment’s products and processes.
Work with teams to deploy Banking payment solutions when these projects kick off.
Take innovative approaches to problem solving and lead efforts to develop new approaches.
Lead conversations with customers / team members in ASEAN when needed.
Identify risks and understand how to manage, solve them in order to avoid delays and errors.

Understands the competitor&039;s architecture solutions and identifies team&039;s strengths over competitive solutions to demonstrate team’s solutions value to customers/partners.

Have knowledge of banking card payment, data protection, clouding platform, IT solutions.
English proficiency in written and spoken.
Diploma/Degree in either IT or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of Window, Mac and Linux OS.
Have experience more than 02 years in pre- sales / product role and/or deployment role.

Provided with laptop, necessary equipment for work
