Technical Support Engineer

Communicate effectively with clients to understand and document technical issues and resolutions.
Investigate and analyze issues related to our web and mobile applications, API integrations, and data platform.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
Provide expert technical support to clients, addressing and resolving escalated issues promptly.
Collaborate with Level 1 support engineers to mentor and assist in troubleshooting and problem- solving.
Work closely with development teams to report and track software bugs and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Familiarity with database technologies, including AWS RDS, Solr, DynamoDB, and others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem- solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with API integrations using PHP, C++, and cloud services such as AWS.
Proficient in scripting languages like Python and PHP.
Solid understanding of web technologies, including React, AngularJS, Node.js, and mobile technologies like ReactNative.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with AisleOne applications and relevant technologies.
Previous experience with support for Clickhouse DataWarehouse, Trillabit Reporting, or similar reporting tools.
Knowledge of tools such as Bash, Crontab, and Memcache.
