Technical Support Engineer

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports to the direct manager.
Receive and return warranty goods for customers, and manage the warranty warehouse system, including stock entry, stock control, and monthly inventory checks.
Conduct product consultations, configurations, user training, and remote or on- site setup assistance when required.
Deliver customer support to resolve technical issues and handle requests related to networking devices, security cameras, and other products for SMB, SME, ISP customers.
Execute additional technical and operational tasks as assigned by direct management.
Provide internal helpdesk support within the office upon request from direct management.
Collaborate with technical teams and cross- functional departments to resolve complex cases and maintain service excellence.
Perform testing and verification of reported hardware and software issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to customer

Good at English communication
Good time management and organizational skills.
Prefer candidates with certifications like CCNA/MCSA, or equivalent.
Warehouse management experience or asset management experience is considered a plus.
At least 1- 2 years of experience in technical customer support, product testing, or Helpdesk support.
Professional communication, consultation, and customer care skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills for quick and effective troubleshooting.
Ability to work under pressure, with a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
Strong knowledge of network devices (Modem, Router, Switch, Access Point, Firewall, Camera, NVR) and protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
