Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Team Leader for the Software Team. The Technical Team Leader will collaborate closely with the Project Manager on task assignments and manage the team to fulfill them on time.
Contribute to our DevOps processes around CI/CD practices and tools.
Responding to inquiries concerning application development and support.
Planning, analyzing and defining solutions through business, functional and technical expertise.
Interacting with IT and business stakeholders to present solutions, cost estimates, and delivery schedules.
Continuously improve our processes and train and coach the development team on software engineering best practices.
Work with product managers on issues or questions related to system requirements.
Oversee the creation, execution and documentation of tests.
Development team to analyze, design, and implement project requirements.
Requirements:
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and priorities.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data- driven decision- making.
Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management
Experience managing team in a fast- paced, agile environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities.
Years of experiences: >6 YoE
