Training Program Development:
Collaborate with the product development team and other stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives
Design and develop training curricula, materials, and assessments that align with the identified needs and objectives
Create a variety of training content, such as user guides, video tutorials, webinars, and in- person workshops
Ensure that training materials are accurate, up- to- date, and consistent with the latest platform features and best practices
2/ Training Delivery:
Conduct in- person and virtual training sessions for end- users, tailoring the content and delivery to the audience&039;s needs and skill levels
Facilitate interactive learning experiences that encourage participation, knowledge retention, and skill application
Provide one- on- one coaching and support to end- users as needed to ensure their success with the platforms
Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, equipment setup, and participant communication
Training Evaluation and Improvement:
Continuously update and refine training materials and methods based on feedback and changes to the platforms
Monitor and report on key training metrics, such as participation rates, satisfaction scores, and skill acquisition
Develop and administer post- training assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs
Gather and analyze feedback from end- users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with the customer support team to identify common user issues and incorporate solutions into training programs
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align training initiatives with overall company goals and strategies
Build and maintain positive relationships with end- users and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Partner with the product development team to stay informed about new features, updates, and bug fixes
Professional Development:
Share insights and expertise with colleagues and contribute to the development of the training team
Stay up- to- date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in technical training and instructional design
Participate in relevant industry conferences, workshops, and online courses to enhance skills and knowledge
