Technical Training Manager - Building Materials

- Onsite customized training: Technical onsite training support during construction phase to address system or design issues, providing customized solutions training.
- Develop Technical Academy: to support development and deliver the training for internal staffs of Saint-Gobain FGM covering all products, systems, performance, installation (internal customers), except for Weber products.
- Provide best practical technical training & guidance to installer, distributor, contractor.
- Support to Consultant seminars: Development and deliver theory and practical trainings (external customers).
- Responsible for the safety aspects within the area of own responsibility particularly around site safety and safe driving
- Being expert in Products and System – gypsum, metal, cement boards…

- Construction market experience : site supervision, site inspection method, building regulation
- Deep knowledge of construction regulation, building regulation, products and building systems
- Practical and logical knowledge of construction products and building systems
- Effective coaching skills to develop their team
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Building Materials, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related expertise.
- In-depth understanding about drywall acoustic and fire system testing procedure aligned to local and international standards with the ability explain in detail to others
- Professional Construction / Technical Qualifications
- Advanced facilitation & presentation skills to train, present, coach technical training modules
