Technical Writer

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and take ownership of maintaining our internal product manual — the central resource that documents every feature and function in our software platform.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Product Owners to capture product updates quickly and translate them into clear, structured, and accurate documentation. You’ll ensure the manual always reflects the latest product state and is easy for internal teams to navigate and understand.

You’ll also take initiative to improve the manual’s organization, readability, and consistency in line with our style guide. Over time, you’ll collaborate with other teams — such as Customer Success, QA, and Development — to gather feedback and continuously enhance the manual’s clarity and usefulness.

We’re looking for someone with strong writing and editing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to understand complex software systems. If you love turning technical information into clear, useful documentation and enjoy maintaining high editorial standards, this role is for you.

In this role, you will:

Use and update company style guides to ensure consistency across documentation.
Assist the lead Technical Writer with other projects as needed.
Learn continuously about our products’ evolving functionalities while creating the content;
Develop, write and edit internal technical documents for a unified voice and consistency, with a focus on making them significant to the target audience;
Work closely with the Product team to craft and produce excellent technical content;

Strong attention to detail, goal- oriented, problem- solver, self- motivated and independent
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, plus active listening skills
At least 2+ years of English- language experience in technical writing
Proven ability to work with cross- functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong technical and instructional writing and documentation experience
Familiarity with a software development environment
Self- starter, ability to work with limited supervision, multi- tasker
Familiarity with the ecommerce and digital media industry
Strong work ethic and commitment
