KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To implement as per advice by the instrument foreman as per job schedule.
To act as a guide to the subordinates.
To oversee and coordinate, with all personnel involve in the assigned task.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run conduits, pull wiring, terminal wiring and function check.
Instrument emergency on call servicing and troubleshooting/ on- line calibration checking.
Conduct functional check of instrument loop.
Troubleshoot and solve problems of instruments and advice on the proper repair.
Interpret blueprints, flow and loop diagrams and specifications for installation.
Carry out bench and field instrument calibration and maintenance.
Control valve overhaul, servicing and calibration.
Monitor and supervise third party, maintenance and servicing activities as required.
Check and prepare instrument calibration report.
Conduct routine test of toxic gas and fire detecting system.
Ensure all documentation and procedures are up to date and adhere to.
Implement work permit system.
Instrument preventive maintenance and servicing.
Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE GENERALLY REQUIRED :
Degree in Automation/ Electrical or equivalent.
Good in team work; coordination; reports; etc
Good communication in English.
Minimum of 2- 3 years of relevant working experience in a process plant.
Working knowledge of P&ID drawing, loop diagram, hookup drawings, logic and single line diagrams.
