Technician - Nhân viên Kỹ thuật

• Cooperate and assist in coordinating emergency operations with management.
• To be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect guests and associates, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency.
• Update the maintenance work order form and file them.
• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• To clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the resort
• Consulting and suggest training programs to improve the department’s operations
• Performs other duties as assigned by Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer.
• When receiving the shift, know well the position of the control switch to eliminate the equipment that is having trouble correctly, handle common failures according to the technical process
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Monitor fire Alarm as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the systems.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Preform maintenance activities in the guest room, public area like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC and AC ducts, decoration items…
• Performing other duties arising as required by Resort Manager/ General Manager.
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and other systems.
• Train and instruct other members of the staff through sharing of knowledge and skills.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as similar position in hospitality environment.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in Engineering field
