Technology Engineer

Develop Technology:
- Propose new technology for manufacturing process to improve automation ratio, VAVE, quality of process
- Lead of research and develop new technology activity for existing process or new process of new product come to mass production.
- Design and purchase the prototype for new technology
- Define the machine specification is include detail manufacturing process with requirement for cycle time, process parameter, quality of product ...
- Monitor and review with machinery&039;s supplier during purchase machine for mechanical design, electrical diagrams, software, machine fabrication and machine validation in supplier side.
Process design:
- Coordinate with Industrialization team during installation qualification, operation qualification and parameter qualification of machines to ensure the timeline of project
- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support during industrialization phase
- Contribute to the development of maintenance plan with Maintenance team.
- Coordinate with Industrialization team to design new tooling for new product come to mass production
Improvement Project:
- Coordinate with production and maintenance team for Automation/Kaizen project
- Coordinate with purchasing team for in- house project

- Will be given priority if you have the basic knowledge about: SolidWorks, PLC program, 5 Core tools basic (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA) and Control Plan.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical , Electronic , Electric, Automation Engineering or other related fields..
- Have knowledge to design machines, processes and know about robotization
- Have 1- 2 years of experience in the similar position in manufacturing company
