Skills
Effective communication to work across diverse teams and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate emerging technologies to align with business needs.
Integrity, responsibility, urgency, and a team- oriented, innovative mindset with strong leadership potential.
Understanding of emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML (NLP and Time Series preferred).
Experience with Agile Methodology and strong project management skills to handle complex initiatives.
Experience
Familiarity with e- commerce workflows or experience in applying AI/ML for workflow optimization is a significant advantage.
Experience in managing cross- functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Passion for continuous learning and growth in the field of AI/ML and digital transformation
At least 2- 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or leading digitalization initiatives.(Experience in AI/ML product development or technology- driven industries is preferred.)
Proven ability to successfully implement innovative digitalization solutions to automate business processes.
