Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
Perform daily checklist and report to relevant IT team/vendors if there is any issue
Replacing parts as required;
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Supporting the roll- out of new applications;
Any other duties consistent with the job as directed by management
Responding within agreed time limits to call- outs;
Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
Testing and evaluating new technology;
Setting up new users&039; accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other IT team;
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to tier 2 support, if appropriate);
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Network Operating Systems, Antivirus and E- Mail/Internet systems.
Previous working experience in a LAN/WAN environment as Helpdesk IT/ Technician IT at least 6 month.
Sound English communication skills in written and oral forms.
Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Familiarity with other office automation packages is preferable

Previous working experience in Hospitality Industry
Certification on Microsoft Professional Courses and other IT Certifications
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Network Operating Systems, Antivirus and E- Mail/Internet systems.
Experience in the use of network monitoring tools, remote desktop tools
Excellent leadership skills and teamwork skills
