Technology Transfer Specialist

- The TT specialist is in- charge of one or multiple projects/products from one Contract Giver, including the following responsibility:
- Collect the execution outcome, conduct gap analysis and evaluation in collaboration with cross- functional teams and Contract Giver.
- Assist in scheduling of the transfer plan, follow- up the execution progress and highlight to the Manager any delays or foreseen delays. Participates in various team meetings and committee meetings as required to support the project execution.
- Ensure all required documents for the execution of transfer activities are delivered on time.
- Ensure all required inputs are collected, delivered to functional team, properly evaluated within the team and with cross- functional teams.
- Maintain transfer documents properly.
- Take direct and support activities to get readiness of materials, equipment, tooling, documents for execution of transfer activities in a timely manner through coordination and communication with the involved departments. Identify the challenges and propose solution.

- Good communication and problem- solving skills
- Highly collaborative with cross functional departments and external partners
- Pharmacist
- At least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- English & IT skills.
