TechSpire – SEA TechSkills Challenge 2025 is a regional competition empowering youth from Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia to showcase their skills in UI/UX Design, Web & Mobile Programming, and AI & Data Science through real- world business challenges.
Fully supported under the Innovation Talent Exchange (ITX) initiative between the Governments of Singapore and Vietnam, this program gives participants access to international exposure, professional networks, and work opportunities in innovation sectors.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Based in Ho Chi Minh City (preferred)
High responsibility, strong initiative, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Skilled or familiar with digital tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.
Fast- thinking, trend- savvy, and able to create inspiring and creative content (especially relevant for Content/Design applicants).
Effective time management in a fast- paced, simulation- based work environment.
Commitment: 10–15 hrs/week (Hybrid; more frequent onsite in Dec with Offline Competition for Final round). Flexible online schedule; commitment required for 1–2 onsite sessions/week before the event and 3–4 sessions/week during the offline event period (December).
Proactive, creative, and reliable with strong time management
Strong motivation for self- development in technology, communications, or event operations.

Communications Team
Plan and execute communication campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Visual/Video Designer: Design visuals and short videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools.
Content Writer: Create engaging posts, follow social media trends, craft inspirational and brand- aligned messages for the competition.
Participants Experience Team
1 Leader
Work with vendors for quotations, orders, and supervision of equipment and event setup.
Prepare materials, manage registration, and oversee timelines and logistics for each round.
Plan, coordinate, and manage the entire competition workflow (before–during–after each round).
Supervise, assign tasks, and support team members to ensure an excellent participant experience.
Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure progress, quality, and participant satisfaction.
Member
Support documentation, registration management, and competition progress tracking.
Assist onsite coordination and liaise with small vendors (printing, backdrops, gifts, etc.) under the lead’s guidance.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure smooth operations and participant support throughout the competition.
Partnership Team
1 Leader
Manage and support judges, mentors, guest speakers, and sponsors before–during–after events to ensure a consistent professional experience.
Act as the point of contact with partners for sponsorship or event activation activities.
Prepare and send sponsorship proposals, follow up responses, and liaise with key partners.
Develop and implement partnership strategies with strategic partners (schools, sponsors, industry experts).
Guide, assign, and monitor the progress of team members.
Member
Work with the Operations team and vendors to deliver partner activation and sponsorship activities.
Assist in hosting and supporting judges, mentors, guest speakers, and partners during the event.
Prepare proposal drafts, send emails, follow up on responses, and update progress.
Support partner outreach and communication (schools, clubs, enterprises).
