Provide support, advice, and clarification to customers regarding the company&039;s services.
Perform other assigned tasks from management.
Work directly with English- First- Language customers.
Handle incoming calls from customers and contact customers based on available appointments (customers brought in by the marketing team or direct contact with the company).

Proficient in office computer skills and quick to adapt to software handling.
College degree or higher.
Fluent in English (mandatory). Candidates with an IELTS score of 7.0 or above (including a minimum of 7.0 in listening and speaking) or those who have lived/studied/worked in English- speaking countries are preferred.
Age range: 22- 33, good health.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer care/financial services.
Clear and articulate voice without regional accents when speaking English.
Strong problem- solving and situational analysis skills.
