Mô tả công việc

• Make cold calls to clients, present company's products via calls
• Answer clients' questions on general product knowledge
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and interested clients to sales consultants to process further
• Enter and update customer information on the database system
• Keep records of calls and client's profile
Search for new client database
• Appear wellgroomed, smart and presentable

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 2 years experience as telesales or other sales/customer service role
• Fluent in English, excellent in Vietnamese communication
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
• Personable and friendly tone of voice
• Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected
• Real Estate Agent license (Advantage)
• Working under pressure
• With confident, ambitious and energetic manner
