Telesales Call Center (TLS CC)
- Ensure correct usage and adoption of all CRM tools and systems.
- Assist in implementation and execution of new processes, providing feedbacks and suggestions to improve and optimize existing processes
- Offer best possible solutions based on prospects/customers needs and capabilities
- Ensure proper documentation about prospects/customers/sales in the information system(s) in due time and check through them for accuracy
- Provide- in- depth knowledge of current programs, technologies and performance as well as identifying other technologies to support online interactions and sales
- Provide regular performance reviews with Head of Telesales and other cooperating teams.
- Periodically analyzing TLS CC data/reports to improve processes, ensuring resources are properly/effectively allocated, maximizing performance results and efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Accomplish targeted quantitative and qualitative sales and performance results and achieve relevant KPIs
- Ensuring that TLS CC members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective actions, as needed
- Manage the day- to- day operations, activities and resources of the whole TLS CC team
- Ensure that prospects/customers are treated professionally and follow up TLS CC team members communication/delivery to prospects/customers and inquire about their user experience, making use of their feedback in rating customer satisfaction
- Ability to influence debate and share best practices across all levels of the whole TLS CC team and other cooperating teams
- Understanding of Call Centre Best Practices and tracking/sharing competitive landscape and best- practices to make recommendations and decisions
- Drive sales through leadership, coaching and development of the whole TLS CC team
Team management
- Ensures all TLS CC members are regularly and sufficiently trained and coached in the necessary functions, products, services, processes and systems through formal training and one- on- one coaching and mentoring, by focusing on the sales process to boost their skills, performance, high closure rates for new business, motivation and to guarantee all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Hire, onboard, manage, motivate, and develop TLS CC team members
- Create a good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results
- Fostering a cohesive, creative, teamwork and comfortable working environment, mediating any interpersonal issues within the team to control and reduce TLS CC members turnover/attrition
