Telesales Intern

Record the clients’ information and data accurately in the select CRM system
Go the “extra mile” to meet quota for prospects and opportunities generated and support the business team in facilitating future sales
Persuade the client to buy by demonstrating how services or solutions meet their needs
Support the business team in customer service via calls & Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers (when required)
Create cold calling scripts to provide information about services’ features, prices etc. and present their benefits to the clients
Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell services
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information in CRM
Ask pertinent questions to understand the client’s requirements

Time management and organizational skills preferred.
Sales experience preferred
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of English
Highly motivated and goal- oriented.
Cool- tempered and able to handle rejection
Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
