Mô tả công việc

1/ In charge of KPIs implementation and fulfillment of your team:
•Monitoring and supervising telesales team work
•Controling call quality (incoming and outcoming) of each telesales executive to ensure quality requirement from QA team
•Monitoring how telesales executives implement promotion programmas
•Actively looking for customer data and manage it effectively
•Giving guidance to telesales executive or directly solving any issues arised daily
•Training telesales team and report to Telesales Director
•Making reports about telesales team work
•Other work as assigned
2/ Recruitment and Training
•In charge of recruitment and maintaining at least 90% of headcount
•Compiling training materials and train new employees

Yêu cầu công việc

•At least 2 years of experience in Telesales Manager role of a 10 to 15-personnel team
•At least 2 years of experience in sales, especially service industry
•Having knowledge about logistics and domestic express
•Target-oriented and can handle work pressure
•Skills: leadership, management, planning and training
•Proficient in office software
•Proficient in 4 English skills is an advantage
