Temporary QC Staff (6 months)

Analyze/solution for fail quality- Improvement – Premix
Analysic trend, quantity, cause & make report monthly
Control inventory premix product quality & make report
Monitor NC prgress & update document
Investigate & solve customer complain/good return then make report
Make NC with root cause, corrective action & prevention then work with related dept to implement NC
Implement 5S at premix bakery & sea- food
Plan for sampling and analysis Premix product.
Work with production to check raw material include wheat flour & ingredient before produce if there is any changing, abnormal
Make report concern to Premix quality & equipment.
Monitor & supervise production when produce new pre- mix product in the first time
Solve other arising works and other duties assigned by the Superior
Monitor & make COA for product deliver daily
Confirm premix product quality on SAP system.
Update & monitor claim, analyse trend & make report Monthly

Experience as a Baker or similar role
Team spirit
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters
Understanding of food safety practices
