Project Engineer
Requirements 1 Education:- A university degree in Electrical Engineering,2 years working experience is a plus 2 Language requirements:- Fluent in spoken and written English. 3 Experience:- Familiarity with electrical power systems, energy management, or automation is preferred.- Prior experience or knowledge of Schneider Electric products, solutions, or industry is a plus.- Strong interest in project management, technical sales, or renewable energy. 4 Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong analytical, problem- solving, and organizational abilities.- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a multinational and multicultural environment.- Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.

Key responsibilities / activities- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and assist in the preparation of project proposals.- Support the team in creating compelling presentations and technical documentation to secure projects.- Gather and analyze project specifications, technical requirements, and commercial information for project tenders.- Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project requirements.- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to explain project scope, technical details, and value proposition.- Support project managers in executing projects, including monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations.- Prepare design drawings for electrical system and busway.- Provide administrative support to the project management team, including maintaining project documentation, preparing project reports, and updating project schedules.- Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects.- Assist in implementing project quality checking processes and procedures to ensure project objectives are met.- Support the team in ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Tender Engineer
Requirements 1 University degrees – Electrical Engineer 2 Language requirements:- Fluent in spoken and written English. 3 Experience:- 2 to 4 years of work experience in tendering.- Knowledge of Electrical Distribution & Automation equipment. Knowledge of SE equipment is a plus. Knowledge of contract documents and ability to clearly understand specifications and drawings- Basic knowledge and experience in energy management, power distribution, monitoring and control/automation industry (metering, transformers, switchgears, circuit breakers, relays, PLCs, drives). 4 Skills- Fluent in spoken and written English, Vietnamese.- Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast paced deadline driven environment.- Developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers of various technical abilities, including experience working with contractors, consultants, and sales staff as required.- Ability to self- manage, multi- task and learn new skills quickly.- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.- Computer proficiency in AutoCad, MS Project, Office and Visual.
Key responsibilities / activities Pricing- Provides pricing as requested from sale teams for any products / equipment / projects Increase hit rate.- Provide a flexible solution/price to help our sale teams secure each order Single point of contact- To provide technical support for sale teams, provide solutions to projects Error free during quotation- Maintain Zero change order charges to Quotation Team Solution selling- To provide/promote solution for level 2 & 3 projects Increase competency for tendering team- Provide guidance to other quotation engineer to improve efficiency and competency.
Mission- Seeks technical clarifications from engineering and manufacturing as required- Undertakes ongoing technical and applications trainings to keep up to date with best practices on application of equipment- Offers technically best practices and optimize them- Translates the specifications to the most optimized technical offer in consultation with FO- Through the technical Antenna, ensure that the BU is kept up to date with frequent specifications that we cannot comply with
