Tasks/Responsibilities under the procurement process:
• Archive the bid evaluation, bid negotiation documents and other relevant record and documents for checking and tracking during contract implementation (if needed);
• Check, make correction (if needed) and align financial proposals of bidding documents;
• Prepare bid financial evaluation form;
• Prepare bid evaluation reports;
• Analyze and evaluate bidding documents for construction packages (mostly financial part);
• Negotiate the bidding prices with bidders;
• Make suppliers/contractors evaluation.
Tasks/Responsibilities under the Line Manager:
• Prepare procurement dashboard report;
• Other works directed by Line Manager.
• Make suppliers/contractors evaluations;
• Join and follow- up meeting with bidders;
• Archive the bid evaluation, bid negotiation documents and other relevant record and documents for checking and tracking during contract implementation (if needed);
• Follow- up other tender- related works until the contract has been successfully awarded;

• Good analyzing, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Honest, determined, responsible and disciplined;
• Able to work under high pressure;
• Training certificates in Procurement (issued by recognized Institutes) is an advantage;
• Familiar to MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic use of project cost elaboration software (G8 for example);
• Well- understanding of project cost, construction cost and price;
• Having a valid Professional License in Procurement issued by Public Procurement Agency of MPI is an advantage.
• Good communication in English;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or construction- related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
