Test Automation Engineer

•Collaborate within agile team (business owners, manual testers, developers) to find testing solutions throughout the entire software development life cycle
•Define automation strategy for new features and production incidents (test data, test script implementation)
•Drive innovation topics to enhance automation framework, reduce test execution times, comprehensive feedback to developers
•Investigate broken builds and failed tests

Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in related fields
•2 years of experience in test automation
Skills
•Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues
•Programming experience with Java
•Experience in test automation framework: Selenium, FitNesse …
•Strong organizational and problem solving skills
•Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and a strong team spirit
•A background of exploratory testing is a plus as our system being tested will require innovation to discover bugs
•You are ready for challenges and grow your career/skills quickly
