TEST ENGINEER LEAD (electronics, phone)

Position: TDL job requirements Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s Degree in Electronic Engineering EE/SW Software/Structural Engineering ME, Electronics
Description:
Responsible for developing test procedures, test plans and test reports
Set up calibration stations, test stations, calibration diagnostic procedures, and measure product functions
Partner with the development team during the early product development stages to define test items for functional and performance requirements
Lead product testing projects from new product introduction to mass production
Responsible for communicating with project managers and technical staff about test project results and recommending improvement measures/actions
Have a clear concept of adverse cause analysis and corrective action (FACA)
Must be able to make decisions and adapt to a diverse and fast- paced work environment
Define/implement test control, data collection and documentation procedures Interact and liaise with other departments to ensure that pilot projects are carried out on schedule

English required Get familiar with MS office packages Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Have statistical and data analysis skills
Have analytical and problem- solving skills
3 years or above, with design, certification or technical testing experience in the following areas PCB (e.g. SoC, memory), power or battery Acoustic, photoelectric, touch screen or sensor Electronic product system
Experience in engineering and mobile testing preferred
Good understanding of hardware or software architecture and interoperability of complex systems Have a certain understanding of electronic engineering and software technology
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking
Experience leading technical projects
Bachelor or Master in Electronic Engineering EE/Software SW/Structural Engineering ME
