Role Overview:
Test Engineering Team Lead for Integration Components
As the Test Engineering Team Lead for Integration Components, you will play a pivotal role in supervising, mentoring and leading a team of software test engineers on the technical design, automation, execution and resolution of the Integration test packages.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
Foster a positive, collaborative culture that encourages innovation.
Inspire and guide a team of junior test engineers with clear mentorship and support.
Manage team resources effectively to meet project deliverables.
Functional and Technical Knowledge Upskilling:
Stay updated on testing trends to keep the team’s skills cutting- edge.
Collaborate with product teams to enhance training on integration- related knowledge.
Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training plans on Murex Integration components.
Supervision of Test Packages:
Act as the first level of escalation for test operations and provide guidance during issue resolution.
Oversee the design and execution of Trading test packages to align with project objectives.
Efficiency Enhancement:
Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in all testing processes.
Propose optimization measures for testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Community of Experts:
Collaborate with other experts to advance the Test Unit and drive innovation across the team.
Other Responsibilities:
Play the Test Lead role as needed, ensuring the successful execution of Client automated test suites and coordinating timelines with the Murex team.

Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a managerial role in IT operations or Murex support/team.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Quality Assurance: Background in software testing and quality assurance is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (master&039;s degree is a plus).
Interest in Testing Automation: Genuine interest in software testing automation and eagerness to learn Murex techniques.
Murex Integration Knowledge: Experience with Datamart, MxMLExchange, and Market Data is a plus.
Scripting Knowledge: Experience with Unix and Windows OS; able to develop scripts/batch files.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem- solving abilities in complex integration challenges.
Technical Expertise: 5 years in Java, XML, XSL, JavaScript, and SQL.
