Tester Leader - Manual

- Conduct scenario testing: create bug reports and coordinate with the technical team to fix bugs;
- Take overall responsibility for testing quality;
- Report progress and results of the team&039;s work to Korean team/General Director.
- Participate in work related to improving productivity and quality, testing processes, and employee evaluation;
- Organize training, and build and manage software testing teams;
- Research requirements, develop detailed test plans and scenarios, review test scenarios and test cases;
- Assign work, supervise, and urge team members to perform work;
- Manage, analyze, and track team test results;

- Dynamic, hard- working, adaptable to OKR, Agile, ... working methods;
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Senior Tester/Tester position;
- High initiative and creativity in work are prerequisites and also an advantage in improving personal capacity;
- Logical thinking, good critical thinking;
- English skills equivalent to 700+ TOEIC or 6.5 IELTS (certificate is not required but the level is required);
- Lead skills, set goals and commit to achieving goals;
- Ability to analyze, plan tests and read and understand requirements;
- Master the process and methods of testing software systems.

- 5 working days/week: Monday- Friday, Day- off: Saturday- Sunday;
