Tester (Manual + Automation)

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications
Learn new technologies and adapt to them as needed
Coordinate UAT and other testing related tasks with Business and other IT departments
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
Plan, develop, execute, maintain and improve Automated Test Frameworks and Automated Test Scripts for Web/Mobile and Database applications
Accurately report and track testing related defects and issues, by writing effective and thorough bug reports, and verify bug fixes
Collaborate with the software engineering department as needed to resolve problems and identify the root cause of product defects.

Experience in Agile methodologies a plus
1+ years of Automation testing experience
Experience with testing web-based/ mobile applications/ Web service/Web Api.
Good knowledge in testing processes (e.g: V model, Agile model, CMMi) as well as popular software development processes.
Experience with JIRA and HP QC/ALM a plus
Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent. ISTQB is an advantage.
Experience in performance testing is a plus
Ability to work independently - self directed as well with a team.
Must be able to write test plans, test cases, and other test artifacts
Good in report writing skills, communication skills, problem solving skills.
Attitude to learn new and emerging.
Must be able to prepare test data
3+ years of Manual software testing experience
Excellent in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
