Tester QA QC Automation/ Manual

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Automation Tester/ QA Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the existing codebase of our high- traffic websites and management systems
You will collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our platforms while adhering to best practices in software development.
For QA Automation Tester

Design, implement, and execute test cases for web applications and APIs.
Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect- tracking tools.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry- standard automation frameworks.
Collaborate with developers to ensure robust and high- quality software releases.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.

For QA Manual Tester

Support basic API testing (e.g., using Postman).
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and documentation.
Document and report bugs clearly using defect tracking tools.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand- ups in an Agile environment.
Verify bug fixes and track their resolution through release cycles.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
Perform thorough functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing across devices and browsers.

QA Automation Tester
For

English proficiency: Good to fluent (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
4+ years of experience in QA Automation
Experience with load and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, Gatling)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Experience with cloud- based testing solutions
Knowledge of test management tools like TestRail or Xray
Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or Java)
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Experience with security testing tools is a plus

For QA Manual Tester

Familiarity with test case and bug management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, X- ray).
Basic understanding of APIs and tools like Postman is a plus.
Experience testing web- based applications, e- commerce platforms, or booking systems is a plus.
4+ years of experience in manual software testing in at least 2 different companies.
Comfortable working in a fast- paced Agile environment.
English proficiency: Fluent & Clear (written and verbal).
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and defect management.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Salary Range: Start at 50 Mil VND Gross for QA Automation Tester and 35 Mil for Manual Tester
Working Schedule:

Onsite work only (no hybrid or remote options).
Monday- Friday from 11 AM- 8 PM.
