Tester (QC Engineer).

- Work closely with Product Owners and developers to reproduce issues, understand implications, and suggest potential fixes.
- Investigate and troubleshoot user- reported issues, offering workarounds or escalating to development teams as needed.
- Analyze user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to grasp the application‘s intended functionality and business logic.
- Provide clear status updates, testing reports, and participate in team discussions to ensure everyone is informed.
- Thoroughly test from the end- user perspective, prioritizing usability, accessibility, and cross- device compatibility.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, that cover functional, regression, integration, and edge- case scenarios.
- Clearly document bugs with detailed descriptions, steps to reproduce, and supporting evidence (screenshots, logs).

Working hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Saturday), with Sundays off.

Work location
You can work at one of the following two locations:
- In Hai Duong: An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong City
- In Hanoi: HH1 Building, 90 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City
- In Ho Chi Minh City: 495 Nguyen Thi Thap Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

- In- depth understanding of APIs and experience in API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing comprehensive test plans (functional, integration, regression, etc.).
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior QC engineers.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Software Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to analyze requirements, identify potential defects, and prioritize testing efforts effectively.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing with a track record of ensuring quality in complex applications.
