• Train and coach junior QA engineers.
• Guide the automation testing efforts and maintenance and enhance testing coverage in automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge about testing concepts and ensuring quality releases to Production.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior management and team members
• Evangelize the QA practice and the QA professionals in the HUB
• Work closely with team members to identify testing areas across the deliverable.

• Well collaborate with members of the Agile team.
• Strong knowledge of multiple automated test frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, …)
• Experience in software engineer best practices
• Experience with a programming language such as Node, Javascript, etc.
• 3-5 years experienced in QA / Testing, preferably in finance/banking.
• Experience with exploratory testing and behavior-driven design.
• Experience with Version Control (GIT), CI/CD system (Teamcity / Jenkin)
• Strong knowledge about API testing, load testing và e2e auto
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
