The program is designed to train Management Trainee to have the opportunity to interact with many different projects of the corporation. Each rotation promises to explore one’s potential and challenge one’s limits through E- commerce, Kaizen, Furniture, Fashion, Sales and other projects… to become “future CEOs” in shortest time.
Staff- > Executive- > Assistant Manager- > Manager- > Senior Manager- > General Manager- > Director- > CEO
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Proven good sense of business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills
Good command of English
Senior student or Fresh graduate with min Bachelor Degree and less than 02 year of experience
Available for official job (full time) from July 2024
Grade- Point Average (GPA) from 2.8/4 equivalent 7/10
