The Communications Officer (Cán Bộ Truyền Thông)

*** Position Description
The Communications officer is responsible for developing and carrying out the activities of ENV’s communications and public awareness program (CPA). This position entails responsibility for delivery of specific outputs and maintenance of ENV communications systems.
The communications officer reports to the communications program director, but also works under the guidance and instruction of the international communications coordinator.
***Main Responsibilities
Viral platform management and campaigns
- Viral campaigns
- Maintain ENV social media platforms: Facebook; Twitter; Youtube
- Manage the ENV VN website
ENV advertising
- Public Service Announcements [PSAs]; Radio advertising; Social media and online advertising
Additional tasks
Contact database; ENV photo and film library; Google alerts; Reporting; Other assignments

University degree
· Outward character and diplomatic skills;
· Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet
· Outstanding organization, management and leadership skills;
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to details
· Excellent communications skills and an ability to communicate and work with others
· Excellent Vietnamese and English language written and verbal communication skills;
· Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
· Knowledge of government structure and mechanics (preferred);
· Ability to pay attention to details and carry out work accurately, meeting high quality standards
· Open minded and possess strong potential to quickly learn new ideas and adapt to ENV’s non-traditional way of working;
