Software Engineer
(2)VerificationConduct evaluation tests using prototypes with software verification tools, related measuring equipment, and environmental test equipment. Also develop software to operate the evaluation and verification tools.
We are looking for the above engineers, but since there is a lot of interaction with the Japanese side, we are also looking for employees who aim to become so- called Japanese- Vietnamese bridge SEs
(1)DesignResearch and develop various algorithms to suit the hardware platform and technical functional requirements of the product, and then apply and customize them.
We develop software to be installed in products such as automobiles, consumer products, industrial equipment, power electronics products, etc. We use the C language as the coding language and design and develop embedded systems using microprocessors (ARM, RENESAS, etc.).
(3)Deliverable Creation and ReviewCreate specifications, drawings, etc. related to the product. Respond to reviews and inquiries both internally and externally, and create documentation such as explanatory materials and reports. Conduct comprehensive inquiries and consultations with customers, vendors, traders, and international partners regarding product design and specifications.
PCB Engineer
CAD design of wiring for printed circuit boards to be used in products such as automobiles, consumer products, industrial equipment, and power electronics products. The CAD software used is CR- 5000 (Zuken).
(1) Design
Especially since there is a lot of work from Japan, it is good to have Japanese language skills so that understanding can be done quickly.
According to our original design rules, based on circuit diagrams, component information, and design requests submitted by electrical circuit designers, we use CAD software to register component data, input PCB design conditions, place components, and perform wiring.
(2) Verification
Using the verification tool of the CAD software, we check if there are no problems with the design contents. We also check if the design meets other design requirements. We will prepare materials explaining the changes from the existing board and the basis for the design.
(3) Deliverables Preparation and Review
We review the design to the client. If there are any problems, the design is revised again and reviewed again. Once the review confirms that there are no problems, the designed data is processed into data that can actually be used for board production, and the data is output to complete the process.
Linguistic knowledge is required as deliverables must be created in either Japanese or English.
Inspection Equipment Designer
We develop, design, and fabricate the inspection equipment required for the manufacture of a variety of electronic equipment devices. For these in- process inspectors, engineers from electrical design, AW design, software design, and mechanical design work together to perform design work.
(1) Design
Once we receive the customer’s required specifications, we consider a system that can implement the inspection contents. The system must be designed to be more reasonable, taking into consideration the measuring instruments and inspection techniques to be used. Once a rough design has been finalized, we propose the system to the client and confirm that it satisfies the required specifications. After the customer evaluates the performance and cost, the order is confirmed.
Once the order is confirmed, we start detailed design and arrangement of measuring instruments and parts.
(2) Verification
Once the inspection machine is completed, we confirm whether the inspection contents are satisfactory using the actual machine. Repeated tests are conducted to confirm the reliability of the inspection. The product is brought to the customer’s process for a final check. Again, we confirm the reliability of the inspection by repeatedly inspecting the product.
(3)Deliverable creation and review
The designed contents are made into drawings and delivered as product specifications. We also submit the results of the final check, and delivery is complete when we obtain approval from the customer.
Electrical Circuit Designer
Design and develop electrical hardware for products such as automobiles, consumer products, industrial equipment, and power electronics products. Design and development requires knowledge of electronic components, circuit design, board design, and thermal design, and covers such circuits as AC- DC and DC- DC power circuits, motor inverters, and battery chargers.
(1) Design
Examine systems and design circuits, components, and specifications that meet the technical and functional requirements of the product.
(2) Prototyping and evaluation
Prototypes are manufactured based on the designed specifications. We evaluate the prototype using measuring instruments and environmental test equipment to verify that it conforms to the designed specifications.
(3) Create and review deliverables
Responds to reviews and inquiries, both internal and external, and prepares documents such as explanatory materials and reports.
We create specifications, drawings, and other documents related to the product.
Conducts comprehensive inquiries and discussions with customers, vendors, traders, and international partners regarding product design and specifications
