Serving the periodical inventory, data explanation when there are real goods and books difference.
Receiving vouchers: invoices, records, ... check before giving them to the accountant.
Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse
Track import - export - inventory, quantity, expiry date, update inventory data on computer and report to accountants.
Report periodically inventory import-export to the Board of Directors
Plan and suggest buying when the stock is running low.
Inventory reconciliation between data and reality, combined with relevant departments to make inventory at the end of each week.
Support cashier work.
Directly tally and receive goods when the supplier delivers.

Be careful, meticulous, hardworking, have a progressive spirit
Working time: From Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM To 19:00 ( Off Sunday )
Age from 20 – 27
Proficient use of accounting software, payment, ..
English communication is an advantage
Work place: Floor 1, Marina Building, 9A Tran Van Tra, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.
Priority to work in the field of customer service, chain stores (fast food, entertainment and catering services ...)
