Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
Meet all the arrivals and departures.
Handle airline reservations of the guests’ tickets.
Inform all necessary information regarding the arrival of the guests’ international flights and transfer movements to the resort.
Take the guests to the correct transfer party or arrange transfer to the resort as per the instruction of the resort.
Make all arrangements to airport for guests leaving and early morning.
Follow up on daily arrival and departure report and boat movements if required.
Take the guests to airport in time for their departure flight.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments
Night arrivals to be brought to the concern hotel and taken them out day to the airport in time for transfer.
Accompany the guests until they arrive to the resort.

Excellent guest service mindset with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Good at English.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong problem- solving skills, especially under pressure or unexpected situations.
High level of emotional intelligence and patience.
Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS and CRM platforms.
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
