• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Meet all the arrivals and departures.
• Inform all necessary information regarding the arrival of the guests’ International flights and transfer movements to the resort.
• Make all arrangements to airport for guests leaving late evening and early morning.
• Accompany the guests until they leave to the resort.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
• Take the guests to airport in time for their departures flight.
• Follow up on daily arrival and departure report and boat movements if required.
• Handle airline reservations of the guests and tickets.
• Take the guests to the concern transfer party to arrange transfer to the resort as per the instruction of the resort.
• Night arrivals to be brought to the concern hotel and takes them next day to the airport in time for the transfer.

Good at English
Strong problem- solving skills, especially under time pressure or unexpected situations.
High level of emotional intelligence and patience.
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent guest service mindset with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
