Thực tập sinh Concierge (Concierge Trainee)

- Ensure that all guests arriving and leaving the Hotel are warmly greeted and provide assistance quickly when they need or request it.
- Overlook driveway area, maintain traffic flow and support guest with the parking.
- Provide the service with smile and a positive attitude.
- Stand by front door, open the car doors & greet the guest when they arrive. catch taxi for departure guest and farewell them.
- Handling luggage for arrival and departure guest, deliver luggage to and from guest rooms. keep luggage in storage when guest need.
- Other duties assigned by Head of Department.

- Customer- oriented, customer relationship skills
- Vietnamese only
- Hotel management college diploma or above
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
