Core Responsibilities:

Data Annotation: Execute high- volume data annotation, classification, and labeling tasks (primarily on customer inquiry text) following a precise, documented schema and set of guidelines.
Identify Ambiguity: Meticulously document and escalate ambiguous "edge cases" (e.g., inquiries that don&039;t fit the schema) to the JrPO and Data Science team for clarification.
Follow Process: Meticulously follow the defined team workflow for checking out, processing, and submitting data units within our annotation tool.
Meet Production Targets: Consistently meet daily and weekly targets for both annotation quantity (throughput) and first- pass accuracy.

Role Mission: To execute the foundational work of our AI platform by producing a high- volume, high- accuracy "ground truth" dataset from our customer inquiries. Your work is the raw material for training our next generation of AI models.

High degree of comfort with new software and highly repetitive, detail- oriented computer work.
Having at least 6 months of relevant experience is a plus.
Currently enrolled in any university program.
You must pass a short annotation test to demonstrate your attention to detail.
