We are hiring a Full-time Intern to work in Project Team with the JD as below:
* Job Responsibilities:
- Support, coordinate, delegate, track, and perform key project tasks from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Admin tasks: support collect documents from Departments and Stakeholder, classify and store relevant documents.
- Assist the Project Team in building the company procedure: communicate with Head of Department for interview and adjustment of procedures
- Other tasks assigned by Mentors
- Support in drawing Diagram, Flow chart, PPT slide,

* Requirement:
- Hard working, willing to learn new things, enthusiastic, open mindset
- Experience in project management (student projects, or any kind of project) is a plus
- Computer Literacy (especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Final year students or Fresh Graduate
- English Proficiency ( IELTS 5.5 and above is a plus)
