Job Summary:
The HR Admin Intern supports the HR team with administrative tasks and HR processes. This role is ideal for those seeking hands- on experience in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.
- Post jobs and screen resumes.
Onboarding:
- Prepare materials and assist with new hire documentation.
Records Management:
- Maintain employee records and manage leave requests.
Training Coordination:
- Help organize training sessions and gather participant feedback.
Performance Management Support:
- Collect and analyze feedback for performance appraisals.
HR Projects:
- Assist with special initiatives like engagement surveys.
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general support, including document preparation and file organization.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR principles.
- Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Must speak and understand english
