The selected candidate will rotate through various departments to gain hands- on experience in each specific role (each department rotation lasts for one month):

Sales
HR & GA
Warehouse
Operations
Finance
Customer Service

After the 6- month contract period ends, department heads will assess the candidate’s suitability, and the candidates themselves will evaluate and select the department where they wish to work as a full- time employee.

Final- year students or graduates in fields related to Economics, Logistics, or International Trade. Requirement: Fluent in English.
Able to work full- time for 6 months.
Final- year students or recent graduates with a major in Chinese Language (with an interest in developing a career in logistics); Requirement: Fluent in Chinese.

International working environment
Monthly allowance of 7,000,000 VND
Training provided by experienced professionals in the field
Support with official stamps and reference materials
Assigned real tasks and hands- on experience

Contract Terms:

Second Contract: Upon being selected as a full- time employee, a 1- year employment contract will be signed (Salary: 10,000,000 VND/month); includes a 2- month probation period (probation salary is 100% of the official salary).
First Contract: 6- month contract (Salary: 7,000,000 VND/month)
