UTS is looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Intern who is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting Tasks

Understanding job requirements and sourcing suitable candidates for different positions;
Phone-screening to identify suitable candidate;
Supporting for employer branding activities (internal/external events and social posts,...);
Searching and screening candidate’s profile via job boards, social networking site,...;
Updating our internal databases with information about new employees, contact information and form;
Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidate;

HR Admin & Project

Reporting to HR Manager daily;
Other tasks assigned.
Supporting in daily operational tasks of the HR team such as preparing to onboard for new members, collecting employees‘ documents...;
Supporting HR projects (workshops, orientation, training…);

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High self-motivation and target oriented.
Comfortable working with online tools; Experience in Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel Sheets, PowerPoint presentations;
Final year student in University;
Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Vietnamese;
