Thực Tập Sinh Sales Admin

Manage and update customer database in ERP.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain/Quality/Production department to follow up on any issues that may arise during deliveries, resolve complaints, etc.
Prepare and send supporting document to customer (product specification, order confirmation, shipping document...)
Work with Production and Logistics on inventory and production planning.
Liaise with customer for other purpose as payment, delivery, quality, sample...
Prepare and send Sales Contract/Order/Invoice
Compile monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the legal team to complete the sales contracts and all necessary elements in the contracts.
Connect with Accounting Department on payments management, overdue payments, ...
Support the Export Sales department with other administrative tasks.

Bilingual with proficiency in English (French knowledge is a plus).
Good initiative with positive attitude.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and ERP.
