Thực Tập Sinh Sales & Marketing

Assist with preparing monthly reports.
Assist with collaborating with real estate agents (long- term), travel agencies (online & offline), potential customer leads to boost reservations and optimize our long- term & short- term occupancy.
Assist with being in charge of the Sales hotline and our Facebook fan page to answer any inquiries, accept reservations or resolve any arising issues from guests with reservations.
Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Care, Accounting, etc. and carry out necessary tasks to make sure guests&039; requests are met and optimize customer satisfaction.
Observe and support the Front Desk team once per week to understand guest behavior and collect customer insights.
Assist with other assigned tasks when necessary.
Assist with preparing the necessary paperworks for new tenants/guests, including but not limiting to: booking confirmations, rental contracts, deposit confirmations, etc.
Assist with planning, brainstorming and the execution process of written content& content images for our main social media platforms with the purpose ofboosting sales, increasing awareness for our services and spreading brandawareness.
Assist with the production of marketing materials (both online & offline) for thepurpose of advertising/operations/employer branding, from brainstorming,planning, execution process or working with our freelance graphic designer andprinting suppliers.

Can- do attitude with an attention to details.
Capable of and passionate about generating creativity and content execution(both written and image contents)
Comfortable in learning and using online productivity tools on a daily basis- Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, etc.
Capable of customer communications (both oral and written forms)
A university student currently in their second year or above with any business- related major, majoring in Marketing is a plus but not a must
Fluent English communication (listening, speaking, reading and writing) Vibrant, friendly and honest
Capable of at least 4- month commitment (prefer a 4- 6 month commitment), 6 days/week and 8 hours/day
