POSITION OVERVIEW: The Talent Acquisition Intern contributes to recruitment and employer branding activities to support daily HR operations and ensure an efficient hiring process.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle (40%)
Recruitment Support
Support the end- to- end recruitment process for entry- level positions such as Intern, Collaborator, Associate, Client Advisor, Security Guard, etc.
Support recruitment for other positions within the team as assigned, including:
Screening CVs and coordinating interview schedules with candidates and Hiring Managers.
Tracking the candidate pipeline and managing recruitment records.
Posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and internal channels.
Proactively sourcing and approaching potential candidates.
Onboarding & Offboarding Administration
Support onboarding communications and coordinate with relevant departments to prepare working conditions.
Prepare and issue Offer Letters, ensuring the accuracy of employment terms and candidate information for assigned positions.
Update offboarding information in the system and coordinate handover/resignation procedures.
Ensure employee records are properly maintained and compliant with regulations.
Monitor internship agreements and probation contract timelines.
Prepare Welcome Kits and onboarding documents/contracts for new employees.
Input new employee information for all positions into the HR system.
Employer Branding (40%)
Support the organization of activities such as Career Fairs, Job Fairs, and university engagement events.
Manage the Welcome Kit inventory.
Propose ideas to enhance candidate experience and employer brand awareness.
Support the development of recruitment communication content.
Manage and develop content on the company’s communication channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Coordinate/support the team and Marcom in developing Employer Branding content (images, posts, short videos, etc.).
HR Data Management & Reporting (20%)
Update the Contact List monthly.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Prepare monthly recruitment reports.
Update and maintain data in the HR system.

Skills
Proficiency in Canva and other supporting tools (AI tools, Microsoft Office, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Good time management skills.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Problem- solving and logical thinking skills.
Knowledge & Qualification
Previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition or related positions is a plus.
At least 6 months full- time internship (Monday- Friday).
Final year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related majors.
