We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales programs on our online marketplace platforms. Your main responsibilities will include content management, image display, sales monitoring and reporting, proposing and implementing promotional campaigns and regular livestreams, as well as planning and suggesting ideas to enhance brand recognition and drive ecommerce channel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute sales programs on online marketplace platforms:
• Update the latest information on new products or product categories in the business strategy onto online marketplaces.
• Implement, monitor, and report on sales activities on online marketplaces.
• Take charge of content and image display on assigned platforms.
• Propose and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide advice and respond to customer feedback regarding products on online marketplaces to optimize customer experience.
• Plan and suggest ideas to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth on ecommerce channels.
Order and system management:
• Receive and process any issues related to canceled or returned orders (if applicable) following internal and partner procedures.
• Coordinate with departments involved in related tasks such as reconciliation and payment.
• Stay updated on the latest selling regulations for each online marketplace, market trends, and propose suitable sales plans.

- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Proficient use of Excel, Sensitive to data
- Basic use of design software such as AI, Photoshop or Canva ((knowledge of using video cutting software is a plus)
- Basic communication English
- Ability to create, plan and implement plans
