- Maintain in- depth knowledge of all products and services offered
- Manage the cash foat and make cask report at the beginning, hand- over and closing shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Do inventory daily, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
- Restock, clean shelves/ products and organize displays to ensure the store is well- presented at all times
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS and Opera system
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
- Hotel management college diploma or above
- Basic computer skills
- Customer- oriented, customer relationship skills
- Vietnamese only
