Thực Tập Sinh Vận Hành - Operation Intern

Operation Tasks (50%)

Monitor hygiene, technical conditions, and overall operational activities on the assigned floor during business hours.
Coordinate with team members to check product quality, pricing, and labeling of assigned brands; support demand and supply management.
Participate in and coordinate training activities to ensure brand staff comply with Lotte Department Store regulations and standards.

Marketing & Event (30%)

Propose ideas and organize events to increase sales performance and attract new customers.
Invite brands to occupy available spaces for discount sales and new product launches.
Collaborate with the team to research market trends and regularly update market status.
Work closely with brands to cooperate on marketing activities, promotions, and events to drive sales.

Sales Report & Payment (20%)
Coordinate with the Finance Department on payment- related matters concerning brands.
Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales performance of the floor, and forecast sales for the following month.
Yêu cầu ứng viên

Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Careful, proactive, honest, and self- disciplined.
Final- year student or recent graduate; ages 20–25.
Able to work independently with good analytical skills.
English at intermediate level or above.
No experience required; retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
