TIGER TRIBE – SENIOR/LEADER DEVOPS ENGINEER

Architectural Guidance: Work with project teams to provision the right architecture and identify opportunities to streamline the CI/CD process. (IaC).
Process Optimization & Best Practices: Optimize and automate DevOps processes, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and efficiency. Ensure adherence to best practices in system reliability, performance, and security.
Troubleshooting & Resolution: Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving system errors, and provide expert support in post- deployment phases.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and management of cloud- based infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
Collaboration & Support: Collaborate extensively with development teams, Product Owners, QA, and other IT teams to streamline CI/CD processes, support deployment, and resolve operational issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
Strategic Guidance & Automation: Lead the strategic direction for our toolchain and infrastructure teams, ensuring the delivery of a state- of- the- art CI/CD pipeline. Drive improvements in release management, version control, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Experience: At least 05 years of working experience in the software development industry, with significant experience in a DevOps leadership or senior role.
Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps is a significant advantage.
DevOps Expertise: Strong skills in cloud infrastructure deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Problem- Solving: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with a detail- oriented mindset.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English are required.
Cloud Optimization: Excellent understanding of performance tuning, security practices, and cost optimization for cloud infrastructure.
Programming & Databases: Experience in web/app programming and databases is an advantage.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile/SCRUM development practices and fostering strong team collaboration.
